If you’re feeling heavier than usual, you’re not imagining it.
These are demanding times, and many women are carrying more than they can name.
You don’t need another system telling you how to be stronger or more resilient.
You need a place to come back to yourself.
To slow down.
To feel your feet on the ground.
To hear your own inner voice again.
In the Lioness Den, we don’t gather to fix what’s broken. We gather to remember who we really are.
When: First Wednesday of every month
Time: 7:00–8:30 PM ET
Where: Live on Zoom
The Lioness Den is offered at $33 per circle.
This exchange honors the depth of the work, the care taken in holding the circle, and the shared container we’re creating together.
If you’re here, chances are you’re already carrying a lot.
You feel the weight of things.
The pressure to carry it all and keep going.
The expectation to stay capable, generous, and strong—no matter the cost.
And maybe, you're hearing an inner whisper that’s been getting harder to ignore:
this isn’t sustainable anymore.
There’s nothing wrong with you for feeling this way.
Burnout, exhaustion, and numbness aren’t signs that you’ve failed. They’re signs that you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
The Lioness Den exists because pushing harder isn’t the answer.
Neither is checking out.
Or numbing out.
Or armoring up to survive.
What does help is learning to stay present, grounded, and in right relationship with your own energy — so you can meet life with calmness and clarity instead of autopilot.
The Lioness Den is a monthly, live, 90-minute women’s circle held on Zoom.
It’s a place to pause and exhale.
To come back into your body and listen for what’s true for you.
In each circle, you’ll be invited to:
Each circle is complete on its own.
You don’t need to attend every month for it to matter, and you don’t need any prior experience with coaching or meditation.
There’s no right way to be here — only the way that feels right for you.
Change doesn’t happen by force.
And it rarely moves in straight lines.
In the Lioness Den, we move more slowly than that — in a way that respects your experience and your timing.
Each circle offers space to notice what’s present for you.
To feel what you’ve been carrying.
To let what’s true come into the open.
And, when it’s ready, to name one small next step forward.
We keep the space simple and steady.
We listen — to ourselves and to one another — without rushing to fix or offer advice.
We take responsibility for our own inner state, while staying curious and compassionate.
We speak from lived experience, and we're honest about the choices we're making.
Here, vulnerability is met with presence.
And truth is witnessed without shame.
One of the most potent aspects of the Lioness Den has very little to do with me.
It’s the alchemy that happens when you’re seen and supported by other women who are walking a similar path.
When you speak what’s true in a space like that, something deeper cracks open. Not because anyone rushes in to help —but because you’re seen, heard, and no longer alone with it.
In the Den, we practice telling the truth out loud — and being met with loving, steady presence, especially in the mess.
We’re not separate from the natural world. We’re part of it.
And when we live out of step with the rhythms of life — the seasons, the cycles, the need for rest and renewal — we feel it deeply, even if we don't have words for it.
The Lioness Den gently aligns with the wisdom of the seasons.
Some months invite slowing down and listening more closely.
Tending what’s been quietly asking for attention.
Other months invite expansion —
taking up a little more space in your own life.
We let the seasons lead because our bodies already know this rhythm.
You’re welcome in the circle in whatever season you find yourself.
There’s no falling behind or catching up here.
Just returning, as many times as we need to, to what's asking to be seen.
