A self-leadership circle where you practice choosing how you show up for yourself and others, one honest conversation at a time.
If you've been holding more than usual, and doing it through gritted teeth, you're not alone.
Finding peace in the chaos of the times we're living in is a conscious choice we have to make every day.
This is a room to be witnessed as you speak what's true for you, get curious about where your power has been leaking out, and practice choosing differently.

This is a space to tell the truth about your life and what you're carrying. You'll be witnessed with honesty and compassion — not managed, not fixed, not rushed.
Each gathering moves through a centering meditation, open sharing, and reflection. Speak when you want. Listen when you don't. There's no pressure to perform, explain, or be anything other than honest.
And when the weight of the world pulls you off center, we'll help you get your crown back on.
There's something that happens when you speak honestly in the presence of other women who are doing the same.
When you hear them name experiences that sound exactly like your own, you stop feeling like the problem. The patterns you've been carrying alone begin to make sense in a larger context. Something that felt like a personal failing reveals itself as a shared and deeply human experience.
Being seen and heard this way loosens long-held assumptions about yourself. It makes it easier to meet your own experience with compassion instead of relentless self-judgment.
Women have always known this. We've always gathered. This is how we return to ourselves.
You're a woman, or you've moved through the world as one, carrying the weight of that lived experience in your body, your history, and your relationships.
You value honest conversation and real connection over advice or admiring problems.
No prior experience with circles or coaching is needed. Each gathering stands on its own. Come when you can.
The Den doesn't follow a fixed curriculum. Each gathering is shaped by the season we're in: what's weighing on us collectively, what wants to be spoken, and what's not ready to be solved yet.
You don't need to arrive prepared. You already know more than you think. The circle will help you hear it.
